Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if in any case you are dissatisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you with a return.

Returns can only be accepted under the conditions, and within the allocated time frame outlined below. Kindly note that we will not process returns nor exchanges on sale items, items without tags, and used and/or washed merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must not be removed.

We are able to process return requests within 14 days after shipment has been delivered, after this period has expired we are unable to process requests.

To return a product please follow the instructions below.

  1. Contact our customer service department via [email protected] and request a return number with the information of the products you would like to return (model number, quantity subject to return).
  2. Our customer service team will assess your request and grant you a return number after return timeline conditions have been checked.
  3. Once you receive your return number, pack your return items with the original packaging and garment labels.
  4. Fill out the Return Form you will find in your package with the necessary information (model number, quantity, return reason), include the Return Number you have received from us on the form.
  5. Place the form in the package and stick the pre-paid return shipping label on your package and send it back to us.

Once we receive your package if for some reason the returned items do not meet our return conditions you will be contacted and notified by our customers representatives. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be issued on our end to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. When you will receive the funds will depend on your payment method.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to process packages without approved Return Numbers, so please make sure you contact us to get your number prior using your pre-paid return label.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
